The 9th
Annual “A Musical Tribute to JohnDenver” will be held at the
historic Wheeler Opera HouseFriday-Saturday, October 13-14,
2006. The “gang” returns again this year, many former
bandmembers, songwriters and colleagues of John Denver’s
including some very special friends (details to follow)!

Our 8th
Annual event was marked by special performances from fellow John
Denver songwriter and musician Mike Taylor and the legendary
Chad Mitchell Trio celebrating the 40thanniversary of John
Denver’s joining their group.

Karmen
Dopslaff, President – Expect a Miracle Now Foundation

KO Productions and The M.U.S.E. Foundation are delighted to announce
the addition of Karmen Dopslaff and the Expect a Miracle Now
Foundation (EAMNF) joining them to produce this year’s event for
Challenge Aspen. Karmen is the
President
of EAMNF, a close longtime friend of The M.U.S.E. Foundation and
strong supporter of their work for those less fortunate. In
addition, Karmen is a devoted friend of John Denver, his music and a
tireless champion carrying on the legacy of John’s message and
mission on behalf of those in need. KO Productions and The
M.U.S.E. Foundation extend a heartfelt welcome to Karmen and EAMNF
and look forward to their involvement producing another magical year
of tribute concerts.
Challenge Aspen is
grateful to its Title Sponsor, the R. H. Crossland Foundation for
their continued generous support of this event. These concerts
have raised nearly $1,200,000 since the event’s inception to benefit
the work of Challenge Aspen for the physically and mentally
